What is PLC?

What is a frequency converter?
The frequency converter is a power control device that uses frequency conversion technology and microelectronics technology to control the AC motor by changing the frequency of the motor's working power supply.
Workflow
Take a 20-ton sand mixer as an example.
After power-on, start A B and select gear. Then press the emergency stop reset button, after moving the handle switch, the car's big arm and forearm can move.
Then press the Auto Start button to run automatically. At this time, the resin inverter is working and the resin pump is running.
Press the start button of the mixing cage before sand release, and the small belt and large belt motors of the mixing cage will run. At this time, should check whether the motor operation and noise. If not turn, timely shutdown.
After normal operation, press the sand start button, the sand inlet cylinder opens, and the sound of the "pop" valve will be heard. After the sand inlet is opened, the sand passes through the large belt and the small belt and reaches the mixing cage in about 5 seconds. At the same time, the resin valve opened with a bang, and the and B pumps ran to start the sand mixing operation.
After the sand production is finished, press the sand production stop button, the sand inlet is closed, and the sand supply is stopped. After about 5 seconds, the resin valve closes and the pump stops. Then, when the sand is clean, press the stop button of the mixing cage, and the large belt and small belt of the mixing cage will stop running.
What is A and B? The frequency of pump A and pump B inverter is automatically controlled by the sand temperature signal sent to the PLC, and the intake of acid A and acid B is automatically adjusted by calculation. There are 4 gears in total. When the sand temperature is high, use 3rd or 4th gear, and when the sand temperature is low, use 1st or 2nd gear.
Take care of your own health
1. PLC and frequency converter are mainly blown every week, and electrical components should be properly blown. Pay attention to the power supply must be cut off when blowing, there can be no water in the wind.
2. The mobile sand mixer should clean up the sand in the track in time.
Common Operating Problems
The emergency stop button will not reset when pressed: check which emergency stop switch is pressed.
No sand: check whether there is sand in the sand hopper. Whether the sand inlet cylinder is closed. Whether the mixing cage, large and small belts and mixing cage are in operation. Whether the air compressor is running normally and whether there is wind.
The arm does not move: whether the electromagnetic clutch switch of the arm is turned on.
The frequency converter is artificially adjusted: after the power failure, the frequency will be readjusted after a few seconds of power transmission.
